NEVER translate word for word, always meaning for meaning, even if the meaning is hard to phrase correctly in the other language.(Often, Jap-->EL).
and, at least we know it's easy to pronounce the jap name for 'Naira: 'Naira. lol. you can try 'Ru-na-i-i' for Lunair, or just 'Ru-na-i'.

btw, koko ni iru no/yo can be translated back into many dif meanings o.0

Yeah, I know that translating a song word for word can sound a little iffy, but with such a short song, it's hard to keep the meaning from the original intact when you end up having to change/reword nearly the whole thing.

As for the pronunciation for "Lunair" in Japanese, it still depends on what its literal pronunciation is. One person could pronounce it differently than someone else. For example, I pronounce the "ai" in her name as I do in the word"air," while a Japanese person could pronounce the "ai" as "ah-ee"/"ay"/"eye." Get my point? o_oa

I think I do, so you pronounce 'Lunair' as 'Lun-air'?
but well, there's no pronunciation 'air' in japanese...so it'd be pronounced 'ai' as in 'ai-shiteru'.
generally if you translate to Japanese, you'd find hira/kata to make up the jap ver. of the name.

I pronounce "Lunair" as "Loon-air."

And I know about the "ai" being pronounced differently by Japanese, that's why I brought up the example.

If I were to translate "Lunair" into katakana, I'd translate it as "Ru-ne-e-ru."

To get back on topic, I suppose: One new pic's been added to first post. I'm rather satisfied with it~ :)

At the moment, I'm trying to outline and color the "LaTale - Infel" pic in Photoshop CS4. Normally I don't outline my drawings nor color them (I've only colored maybe 2 or 3 pieces before), but I thought I'd give it a shot considering I've been neglecting PS. If I like the results enough, you guys may just get to see it! :0

i wish I could draw.... i guess i should scan in what I got eventually...
A letter, a word
...
A sentence, a paragraph
...
A page, a story
...
A book, a novel.
...
They all mean so little when you can't take time to put your soul into the work.

Heheh, the new one's pretty cool. The autonomy's skewed (especially head) but seems like it's not intended to be a realistic drawing anyway. Great sense of pose, my favourite part is from the belt down. The background is a nice touch.

Autonomy? Or did you mean anatomy? And skewed in what ways? o_oa

Haha, what? D: Unless you mean all that white space, there isn't a background. ._o I think the last time I actually tried drawing a background is waaaaaaay back in middle school with that Julian drawing. Perhaps you meant something different..?

Lol oops, I was looking at the Julian one on the top and thought that was the new one (no wonder it looked familiar).

Chibi? ._o The only thing chibi on the first post is Neko Eikyuu. Perhaps you meant the anime style in general?

great colors there, especially for the clothes area.
edit: but for the colored ver., her head seems a little too big?

Probably because either her eyes seem smaller (no idea why, they're supposed to be the same size as in the drawing) or because I unknowingly gave her a big forhead when I first drew it. <_< But yeah, I see your point.

Shading the clothes gave me serious problems. Right now I feel as if I didn't shade her green top well enough. Pales in comparison to her pants. ._.
