I just played Finding Paradise for the first time. It wasn't quite as emotional as the first, but still amazingly done.

However, like how To The Moon related to Autism Spectrum Disorder, I noticed a similarity of Faye with something I saw online a while back - a tulpa. In essence, it's a real person completely separate from your own, while having their own memories, choices, etc. With some work, they can even be incorporated into the surroundings. I'm not sure it's what Kan Gao had in mind when writing it, but it seemed quite apt. They are made simply by believing they exist, and interacting with them for some extended time.

It's understandable, and fair, if you don't believe in it, but I consider it a testament to the breadth of the minds ability.
