Carson, I too am only in high school. As an 11th grader, I felt that... hmmm how do I put this...
Well forget that! I did fairly well on my SAT ^o^

this is going off topic, :D

I am usually serious in person. When I speak, I usually use a monotone, and my emotions are hidden behind a stone wall (think Lunair, XD ). I think that Starlight's new avi reflects that sort of serious personality, but it differs dramatically from her cheerful inet personality. I think FaceMaker is great for avatars, but I think the sprite one reflected your personality very well.

I never took the SAT either, but I'm enrolled in collage.

oh, and Starlight, thanks for complimenting the sprite, I spent a long time learning how to shade metal like that, that front pose took me 2 hours, the rest went quickly though.

@Tsuichi Rin, yes, your avi does fit you.

Thanks, guys!  Yes, I am going to post another version of my sprite.  With a white dress.  :)

Again, thanks!

And I should learn from you, Legacyblade.  I like your spriting.  But is it made from scratch, or do you have a base?

I like your new avatar, it fits you. But aside from the sprite template (the one with no clothes or hair from charasmaker XP ), it is all from scratch. I think you're a good spriter, and would be willing to teach you. I have a spriting academy on my own site (right here), but if you'd rather, I can teach you via PM (classrooom is simpler, but I'd be willing to help). If you want to PM teach, do it via my site's PM system, since I have some BBCode not available on the Quintessence foum. I hope that dosen't count as advertising, since I'm just trying to help ;)

P.S. I think you show potential as a spriter, you're already prety good.

Thanks, Legacyblade!  The sprite base I used was my own.  I made it as an imitation of RPG Maker XP's.  But it ended looking a little different.  My sprites look chubby and cute, heheh.  I started pixeling dolls a couple of years ago.  I quit when my website disappeared.  Planned to go back, but haven't had the motivation to get a whole new website back up.  Usually, in this doller community, you need a website to show off.  I could do it, but I simply lack motivation.

Anyway, I appreciate the offer!  I will consider it.  :)

Thank you very much!

It looks good starlight. I am working on my own template/style, that is more realistic than (but the same size as) the RTP.

@Carson, yeah, that's because it's more community oriented than a game feedback site.
