For River is a shoutout to Beethoven

I'm sure everyone already recognises that Kan Gao is a master of detail. I believe the "repetitive two notes" in For River is a reference and shoutout to Beethoven's Fur Elise, which, translated, means For Elise.

(For those of you who have not heard Fur Elise, you can compare the repeating first notes of that piece with For River to see the really clever musical shoutout by Kan)

Come to think of it, they do somewhat sound similar. I'm not sure if it's a reference though. Surely if it was, Kan would include some other nod or mention to it like "For River kinda sounds like that famous classical musician :deepstuff: " or something like that.
