As far as anyone's seen it's just been a meaningless project to garner sub-par eye candy into custom graphics and screenshots.  If it's supposedly still being developed, it still wouldn't see a release.
I recently discovered that I was capable of sending coins to myself, and exploiting this is surprisingly entertaining.

Well that's not really true - Lyra's Melody is barely even into the development stage and it already has a demo; in fact, most project under development on RM has a demo.

Thanks Reives. That's what I meant. Not the WHOLE Game.

That's what I meant.  Not the WHOLE Game.
And that is what I meant as well.  Plenty of projects get demo releases, yes, but when the demo is given a release date, the release date is moved back and/or removed altogether, and the author makes a mysterious disapearance, than it is pretty safe to assume that the project is dead.

It was going to fail anyway though, and this was obvious a while back: most of the posts and the majority of the appeal was over custom graphics (most of which were rips or from other authors), the author switched the battle system around so much it wasn't even funny, and information about gameplay mechanics were mysteriously nonexistant.  I remember there used to be some info about some very generic and horrid gameplay ideas (presented in engrish to end all engrish), and when this was critiqued by a veteran (developer of The Blue Star, I think) the post was followed by another member post "good graphix", and that inconsistency there sums up the game as a whole pretty well.  Never really understood the appeal for this game in the first place, honestly, but whatever.

. . .

Well, heh, I didn't mean to make this post that long.  Back to lurking!

 What would be the point of simply updating for every single sprite, & map I do when all you care is the demo, just because I haven't reply doesn't mean I abandoned & ran away mysteriously.

::) Jeez, take on an example of Quitessence & other games, sometimes things takes more longer than one hopes to.

:-[ So, no, I'm not dead nor this project.
