You have some nice reverb on that. Where are you two recording? And great job, guys. It sounds lovely. You should feature her flute more often.

The reverb was added on later in Audacity; the place it was recorded at was super dry. :p

This is so beautiful. I love flutes and those flutes sound really good in this duet. I watched Spirited Away only once (a year ago or so) and can't remember this melody, but I love this song. My favorite part is the ending!

It also reminded me a little of a song from a game:
Suikoden V OST - The Sound of a Flute in the Moonlit Night

Great work!

@Squall: I think I have the orgel version of that, too. There were quite a few songs that really stuck out in that game.

@Reives: Are you two planning any other flute duets? The Place I'll Return to Someday from FFIX would be awesome to hear. So would The Sound of a Flute in the Moonlit Night that Squall posted.

Yep, there are other versions of this song. Actually, it originates from the first Suikoden ("Theme of a Moonlit Night" by Miki Higashino). In Suikoden V, there are two versions as far as I know ("The Night Before the Decisive Battle ~Theme of a Moonlit Night~" and "The Sounds of a Flute in the Moonlit Night"). I think there even is a vocal version, but not in any Suikoden game, only in the "Suikoden Vocal Volume 1".

And I agree, other flute duets would be awesome.
