It's like saying "I don't think farmers are against people in that awful way, so food products have to be good".  Well, I'm sure you heard of some scandals about food products. Exchanged dates of expiry, flavor enhancers and cheap alternatives instead of what the package suggerates, pesticides, and so on...
Well, not quite, as doctors (I mean the scientist doctors, actually) are making it by mixing viruses and compounds etc. They aren't entrusting it into nature, like the farmers are letting the crops grow.
Ah, nevermind. I didn't mean to argue about that. :P

Yah, it's a bit rough as equitation. The problems weren't in entrusting into the nature anyway ;p
