The End of the World

The End of the world is near...
And only you can stop it...

It is the year 437, on Terra, where the world is nearing its end. A young soldier, Ayus, is the only one who can stop it from coming true.

He must combat powerful enemies, solve some puzzles, and look at death in the eye, in order to defeat the powerful necromancer causing this mess.


Travel through the ruins of Hervana, a once proud city, laid to waste by the necromancer and his dark spells.


Combat powerful enemies with skills of your own.

Yes, I know that the enemies are ghosts... Their stats, however, have been tremendously increased to seem more realistic.

YOU WILL NEED THE RTP INSTALLED. Evented Title screen not complete :P. Create a folder for the files if needed.

Ayus' Blade (top weapon) included, this update was made mainly for debug purposes.

  • For some reason, I can access the original menu from the save screen by mashing X over and over again

Kinda meh.

Not only do you need people to have the RTP, it doesn't have a big of uniqueness in it.

It's always somewhere to start, though. :~

This makes me nostalgic, reminds me a lot of when I first used RMXP too. :reivsmile: There's certainly some distance to go, but seems like you're off to a fun start. There's a game-ending glitch, though; when you get to the fish people place, you jump right and get stuck in water, and can't move thereafter.

It something I generally do.

I don't mind RTP usage, but at least include it.

Also a little 'cliche' story, since, you know, the end of the world and stuff.

Just call me Ryuuichi. Or Ryuu.

I downloaded the second demo (the one with RTP included) but the game would give a fatal error and quit.

Sorry for the double post, but for people who can access the game, there's a critical bug that prevents you from going past the Gates, I'll fix that. Sorry!

Ah, ya should always playtest before uploading! c: Back then I used to get really excited and upload before checking too; once I even forgot that the starting point's set to the last map. :'(

I totally understand that. It tends to happen to me, too. Sucks I know.

Anyway, should I add that file to the game folder and it would work? (I have the RTP installed anyway.)

EDIT: Nah, that's not it. That file is there. I wonder what's up.  ???

Hm... do you use 100J or 102E? I remember some games used 100J and my comp couldn't run it. If it does use 100J, just put RGSS100J.dll into the folder and change the configuration settings. May cause some other errors, but I don't know.
