Thats pretty cool, I didn't know there was a whole directory, I always assumed you had to copy the link of one of the emotions of an ask-a-character reply and replace "quintessence-tbv" with "freebirdgames". That directory a nice find
I don't know if it is unsafe necessarily, I mean its just a list of picture links isn't it? >_>
However if the creator of the site didn't want some pictures to be seen then it might be best to restrict the directory.

If memory serves me right, experienced people(or hackers) can get access to the database file of the site (means your password and other info may not be secret then) or even take control of the site, change it to whatever he likes...
(However, I doubt if this site is worth hacking... ::))

Directory listing's accessibility is on a per-folder basis; the image folder is public, but others such as the sounds folder ( http://www.freebirdgames.com/sounds/ ) is private -- as is with the other essential files. :)

This isn't hard to do, but because I am not the only person managing the Web site's hosting space, I don't have knowledge of every folder. I can probably automate it, but haven't really found the need. These files are not truly sensitive information.

Just for your peace of mind: no, accounts and passwords cannot be cracked just by accessing either of these directories. It is a lot more complicated than that.
