Not that long, but longer than the version used in-game:

Feel free to use, credit goes to Reives. c: Have fun.

Edit: This extended version has been implemented as the in-game version with the recent update.

Very nice! I still can't get over how cool that 7/8 timing is. And I love how it just extends so naturally.

Heheh, good job on recognizing it. 7/8 was quite fun to write in too - this is probably my first 7/8 song ever. It was surprisingly easy to work with relative to what I thought of odd times. Might try a 5/4 sometimes now! c:

Oh, do you compose, by the way?

Yeah, I've been thinking of puttng something up in the creativity showcase, just can't decide what.

5/4 should be fun. I started something (mostly) in 7/8 awhile ago, just never finished it. Did you start off like 'I'm going to make it in 7/8' or did you just kind of come up with it as you went along?

Also, btw, when you compose, do you use a keyboard to input all the tracks? 'Cause I always put in the MIDI by hand but it takes forever! The latency from my keyboard to the computer is really bad otherwise, though.

Ah, you should do sometimes. :) Always looking forward to hear others' work.

And I came up with it as I went along big time. To be honest, I had no idea of what I was doing at all when I wrote it; usually I at least follow some kind of chord progression, but I kind of just closed my eyes and relied on my ears for this one. The staff was set to A minor or something, but the actual composition isn't in that key as I just used it as a blank canvas with accidentals.

Also, in this version there is a key change somewhere that I didn't even know how it came to, until I was writing the main melody in the second part, and was like "wait a minute, this isn't the same key anymore D:", heheh.

I don't remember this update? When was that?

Hey, just noticed that last measure is 8/8... tricky.

It was unannounced. :P Nothing was changed except that and changing the credit site domain to this new one. (Forgot to put the Freebird logo at start to be consistent with the other ones though.)

And ah, is it? Mm, weird.
