um i think a ninja stole into my basement and hardcore started chopping onions.
Seriously though, this is a beautiful song, Reives! Very dreamlike and calming, but also melancholy in a certain way. I feel, at least in an emo, youngstery kind of way, I can relate to it.

Thanks Kan! Means a lot hearing that coming from you! :)

Oh speaking of drawings, Sunrider 2018:

Been a while since I drew my dragon OC (atleast in his original style). I quite like how it came out ^_^

To the Moon - Technical / Re: Lag during dialogues
« Last post by thirdeyechai on June 13, 2018, 07:08:19 PM »
I know this is years old now but I had the same issue recently and managed to fix it so thought I'd leave a post here for anyone else experiencing the issue. When I first started playing the game it ran fine with now issues but then when I started to boot it it would like like crazy whenever dialogue was displayed.

They released a beat patch that seems to have fixed the issue for me. If you are using Steam, right-click the To The Moon game and go to properties. Then navigate to the Betas section where you can select the beta named 'alternative'. It's a quick download and should hopefully solve your problem :)

This is really more of a muttered prose than a song, but here's something I wrote quite a while back.

It was actually written over the span of a few years, when some difficult things were going on that gave me a bit of an insomnia. Had a casual recording of it on the phone, and thought I'd post it in case there are folks who could relate in some way:

Itís 2 A.M., and you lay in bed
Street lights shine so your blinds are down
Never thought the silence could be everywhere
Even though you could've chased it to most anywhere

Staring at the ceiling like the top of the world
At least it will be, until the early birds sing
Glancing at the closet that you once abhorred
Thinking back to when monsters hid inside its door

So many years have passed, so many things youíve done
Things to be proud of, things canít be undone
Once upon a time, in a different world
Did you ever dream to be where you are today?

One step forward and one step back
The moment came and the momentís gone
Couldíve been, wouldíve been, knocking every now and then
Fleeting at the sound of nothing but the quiet

Footsteps, floating in the air above-
Your head, they fled before you even opened your
Eyes to say good bye
Fading to a place you cannot follow to-

Night, you might just be alright
Ephemeral point between asleep and awake
Itís not too late, too dark, too far
To hold onto what reality is meant to be

Reflection of a world beneath your feet
Illusion of a world between your ears
Why fight, why chase the kite
When everything you do keeps you awake at night

As the hero of your story turns into all but a villain
With an empty hand, all thatís given, drops in an ocean
But you tried, and you tried to make it right
Until one day, one glass, one way or another

Gone are the days you await the moon
Gone are the nights you miss the sun,
Thereís irony in sight when itís hard to find the light
But thereís beauty in this world whether you see it tonight

I like that your drawings have been getting more expressive over the years, DM. :) Especially like some of the ones in the June 3rd post.

I like the one of Ria looking at the sunset! Maybe you could make it digital and then try coloring it? You wouldn't have to worry about the original drawing if you did that.
Also maybe we should all have Sig-sonas in Freebirdia  :P wouldn't we make an interesting office?
I think we would. And maybe a forum RP to boot. But sadly there's not a lot of people here and idk if the Discord server wants to use these forums.

Been a long time (around 3 years) since the last post here but found a relevant video discussing arguments against legalising cannabis (and why they're generally not very good arguments):
